The annual quota for open access publications, as defined in the agreement between TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and Springer Nature, covering the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026, has been fully used. As a result, any open access publication requests submitted after this date will not be fulfilled under the agreement.

The quota will be reinstated on January 1, 2025, and requests will be processed from that date onwards.

Please take note that instead of seeing the message “you have an agreement” on the Springer website, you will encounter a screen as illustrated below.
