The “Read and Publish” agreement with the American Chemical Society (ACS) continues for the year 2026. Under this agreement, our quota for Open Access (OA) publishing in ACS journals, with no Article Processing Charge (APC) for authors, has been set at 11 for 2026.

• Approval for articles accepted in ACS journals will be processed on a “first-come, first-served” basis, provided that the current quota is still available.
• Our authors are entitled to one (1) Open Access publication during the first half of the year. Starting from July, approval for additional publications by the same author may be granted, depending on the remaining quota.
• Should the quota be exhausted, authors who wish to publish their work as Open Access will be responsible for covering the APC themselves.
