Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL Project, a Read and Publish agreement between TÜBİTAK and the Institute of Physics (IOP) publishing, covering the 2026–2028 period, has been implemented.

Under this agreement:

• Content Access: Access is provided to IOPscience Extra and Electrochemical Society (ECS) content. List of Accessible Journals (130)

• Open Access Publishing Support: Corresponding Authors will be able to publish an unlimited number of articles in hybrid and Gold (fully open access) journals as Open Access without paying any Article Processing Charge (APC). Articles submitted as of January 1, 2026, are covered under this agreement. List of Funded OA Journals (79)
  • Corresponding Author Requirement: To benefit from the agreement, the “Corresponding Author” must be an active member of our Institute’s academic staff.
  • The corresponding author’s information is automatically populated from their ScholarOne profile; if any changes are necessary, the profile must be updated.
