The 2026 “Read and Publish” agreements are listed below:

1. Agreements Within the Scope of TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL

• Cambridge University Press (2026-2028): Unlimited Open Access (OA) publishing rights in all journals.
• Institute of Physics – IoP (2026-2028): Unlimited Open Access (OA) publishing rights in all journals.
• Oxford University Press (2026-2028): Rights to publish a limited number of Open Access (OA) articles in all journals.
• Royal Society of Chemistry (2026-2028): Rights to publish a limited number of Open Access (OA) articles in all journals.
• Wiley (2026-2028): Rights to publish a limited number of Open Access (OA) articles in all journals.
• Springer Nature (2024-2026): Rights to publish a limited number of Open Access (OA) articles in all journals.

2. Institutional Agreements Made by IZTECH

• ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) Digital Library (1 February 2026 – 31 January 2027): Unlimited Open Access (OA) publishing rights in all journals.
• American Chemical Society – ACS (2025-2027): Rights to publish a limited number of Open Access (OA) articles in all journals.
• Bentham Science (2026): Unlimited Open Access (OA) publishing rights in all journals.
• Journal of Algebra and Its Applications (E-journal) (2026): Rights to publish a limited number of Open Access (OA) articles.

What is a “Read & Publish” Agreement?
This is a transformative model that aims to shift the focus of library payments to publishers from “subscription fees for reading content” to the “costs of publishing articles as Open Access.”
