Starting in 2027, 36 journals published by ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) will be incorporated into the Wiley collection. Please click here for the full list of journals.

Key highlights regarding this transition relevant to our researchers and institution are summarized below:

Access Scope: These journals will be accessible to TÜBİTAK EKUAL members for full-text access and will also be included in the existing TÜBİTAK–Wiley Open Access (OA) Agreement.

Open Access Support: Corresponding authors of articles accepted from 2027 onwards that meet TÜBİTAK’s criteria will be eligible to benefit from article processing charge (APC) coverage under the TÜBİTAK–Wiley Open Access Agreement.

List Updates: By the end of 2026, all of these journals will be added to the “Wiley – Open Access / Accessible Journals List”; journals meeting TÜBİTAK’s Open Access Article Funding Criteria will be included in the “TÜBİTAK-Funded Wiley Open Access Journals List.”
