TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and Wiley Open Access Article Publication (Read & Publish) Agreement Quota for 2025 has been activated as of January 1, 2025. The total quota for Türkiye is 1561 articles.

General Information Regarding the Open Access (OA) Agreement:

• Article Acceptance: Submitted articles must be accepted by Q1 or Q2 Wiley hybrid or gold open access journals indexed in Web of Science (SCIE, SSCI, and AHCI), excluding Hindawi journals.
• Article Types: Research Article, Review Article, Data Article, and Rapid Publication.
