The annual quota for open-access publications defined by the agreement between TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and Wiley has been reached. Consequently, any further requests for open access publishing submitted after this date will not be processed under this agreement.

Please note that the journal and article systems will not display any attribution information related to the TÜBİTAK agreement.

Updates regarding the TÜBİTAK-Wiley open-access agreement for 2026 will be shared once negotiations are finalized.
