Within the scope of the EKUAL Project conducted by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, a “Read & Publish” agreement covering the 2026-2028 period has been signed with Oxford University Press (OUP). Under this agreement, EKUAL member institutions will be able to provide access to Oxford Journals Online. In addition, AE articles can be published in hybrid and full open access journals in the Oxford Journals Online 2026 journal collection.  As our institute is an EKUAL member institution, all full-time researchers working at our institute will be able to benefit from these rights.

The quota distribution by year under the 3-year agreement is as follows.

2026: 400 Articles

2027: 408 Articles

2028: 416 Articles
