Within the framework of the EKUAL Project conducted by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, a “Read & Publish” agreement has been signed with Cambridge University Press covering the period 2026–2028.

Under this agreement:

1. Full-Text Access: Access is provided to the complete journal content available on Cambridge Journals Online (CJO).
2. APC-Free Open Access Publishing: Corresponding authors affiliated with IZTECH may publish their articles in Cambridge University Press hybrid and fully open access journals without paying Article Processing Charges (APCs) and without any quota limitations.

Eligibility

• The Corresponding Author must be a member of IZTECH’s active academic staff.
• The institutional email address must be used during the submission process.

Agreement Period: January 01, 2026 – December 31, 2028
