TÜBİTAK – Institute of Physics (IOP) Read and Publish Agreement (2026–2028)
Under the TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL Project, a “Read and Publish” agreement has been implemented between TÜBİTAK and the Institute of Physics (IOP) publishing, covering the 2026–2028 period.
Under this agreement:
- Content Access: Access is provided to IOPscience Extra and Electrochemical Society (ECS) content. List of Accessible Journals (130)
- Open Access Publishing Support: Corresponding Authors will be able to publish an unlimited number of articles in Hybrid and Gold (fully open access) journals as Open Access without paying any Article Processing Charge (APC). Articles submitted as of January 1, 2026, are covered under this agreement. List of Funded OA Journals (79)
- Corresponding Author Requirement: To benefit from the agreement, the “Corresponding Author” must be an active member of our Institute’s academic staff.
- As the corresponding author, your name, institution, and OrcidID will be populated by the information held in your author account in ScholarOne. Any changes to your contact information can be made in your author account.
