The webinar series will be organized to support the more effective use of the LexiQamus Database, which is available within the scope of the TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL Project.

In these training sessions, participants will be able to:

• Become familiar with the general structure, interface, and basic usage logic of the LexiQamus platform
• Learn how to search within the Ottoman Turkish dictionary database using different spelling variations and interpret the results
• Explore advanced search options such as “fuzzy search” and “sounds-like” search through practical examples
• Understand how word connections, derivatives, and related forms are presented on the platform
• Experience how the platform’s search and browsing tools can be used to overcome reading difficulties encountered in handwritten and printed Ottoman Turkish texts
• Discover the new features added through recent updates in a practical way.
